Resort Operations cast members intertwine their own stories with the story of Aulani to exceed guest expectations from the moment they arrive. A variety of roles in Resort Operations may be available, including Management, Housekeeping, Bell Services, Front Desk Hosts and Hostesses, Cultural Greeters, Merchandise Hosts and Hostesses and Security Hosts and Hostesses.
