Appearance - The Disney Look
Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, is more than an enchanting, family-friendly destination. We’ve combined the spirit of O`ahu with the magic of Disney to create a place where guests and cast members alike can feel the magic, can feel the spirit of the island and can truly feel welcome. As a cast member, you bring this experience to life in every part of your role, and together, we create the highest level guest experience that is a Disney hallmark. With this expectation and endeavor, we all follow a set of appearance guidelines that are designed to complement both cast members and our work environment. The Disney Look creates an appearance that is clean, natural, polished and professional. For many roles, cast members will be provided costumes issued from our Costuming department.
